Leaf patterns are my favorite. In this workshop I will bring a lot of samples with knitted leaf patterns, both for children and adults. I will tell you about how to construct a leaf pattern. We will knit a hat with a leaf pattern. You can also knit the hat in an adult size, then you will use thicker yarn so make sure to bring larger needles.

Bladmønstre er et af mine yndlingsmønstre. På workshoppen medbringer jeg en masse eksempler på strik med bladmønstre, både til børn og voksne. Jeg vil fortælle om, hvordan man konstruerer bladmønstre. Vi skal strikke en hue med bladmønstre. Huen kan også strikkes i voksenstørrelse, hvis man bruger tykkere garn, så medbring også gerne strømpepinde 5-6 mm.

  • Time: Saturday 9:00 to 12:00, 25 April 2020

  • Place: Near Iðnó in downtown Reykjavík. Participants will get an email with details in time before class starts.

  • Skill Level: Intermediate.

  • Homework Before Class: None.

  • Supplies to bring: Double Pointed needles 4 or 5-6mm (US6 or 8-10). / Strømpepinde 4 eller 5-6mm.
